  I opted to purchase a vivaro van. Initially I was dealt with in a speedy and timely manner...when they took details... I asked how long it would all take as I needed the van for the weekend. They told me 1 hour after finance was agreed and that the van was already inspected and ready to go... Finance was agreed and then the salesman wouldnt take my calls... So I called the manager who then told me they were still trying to soarce a van and it could take some time... The salesman then did call me to appologise for stringing me along... I offered to keep the deal with them if they could loan a temporary van replacement... They were not willing to do this as they had no van... I asked them to hire in a van from Enterprise knowing full well that's who they deal with and the manager told me that he couldn't justify spending 30 - 50euro a day on a van... This may well be good for car sales... They only sell vans on the side as such... Where as Renault Belgard have a dedicated commercial branch on airton road and are happy to deal with us. Kind of a blessing for us as we are looking at a fleet of vans and we want the most reliable service and aftercare available... It's just simply not going to be from windsor. If they can lie before the sale you can only imagine there aftercare service.

  Have bought 2 cars here and both times changed my mind about model and colour absolutely no problem sorted straight away without any fuss. Staff are very helpful from sales to finance and service no complaints would definitely recommend them. Even got free tax on my last car.
