  I tried yoga for awhile over ten years ago but I didn't really enjoy the class that I attended and I actually thought that yoga was a waste of time (oops...I got that wrong!). I really think that for learning anything in life, certainly for me, that the teacher is of paramount importance. I attended my first yoga class with Rukhsana over four years ago and I know that I will never give up yoga again! I realise how vital yoga is, to both my physical and emotional well being. Rukhsana is an excellent teacher. Her focus is on ensuring that everyone in her class, regardless of their ability on day one, is encouraged to do their best during each class. She actively moves around the class to ensure that your alignment is correct in each pose, while also placing great emphasis on breathing. She is always patient and kind with all the student in her class. Rukhsana also regularly has restorative yoga workshops and through these I am gradually learning the importance of slowing down and really relaxing from time to time. These classes are absolute bliss! I highly recommend Rukhsana as your next yoga teacher!

  I joined Rukhsana's class a few years ago and I have to say she is an excellent yoga teacher! She has changed my life! She is really professional and really knows how to teach by showing and explaining how to do the poses. She is also showing and explaining what you should not do and comes around to adjust the students when necessary. She adapts the class to all levels and also adds some holistic elements. She always comes up with new ideas so that if you have been in her class for some years, you still learn something new. You always look forward to your next class and next workshop. In a nutshell she is the best!

  I have been going to Rukhsana's yoga class for several years now. She is an excellent teacher, adapting and accomodating to all levels of experience and ability within her classes, and with a holistic focus that incorporates mindfulness and body awareness. Her monthly restorative yoga workshops are an especial treat.

  Monday evening classes with Rukhsana at the yoga loft are my saving sanctuary, a beautiful quaint studio hidden away in Temple Bar ! I really enjoy her method of teaching and the atmosphere of her class! I cannot recommend her classes enough , appealing to all levels ,as she has a way of not just teaching yoga ,and sharing her knowledge but totally embodying the principles she teaches. Like magic , Rukhsana appears to almost like weave a spell with her words , her calming trusting voice creates an experience that reaches beyond the physical , creating the opportunity for us as students to be given what the body needs rather than what the ego wants . She cultivates awareness of the self and body to find the " stillness" within . I leave feeling a "shift " in my mood .... I feel rejuvenated in my body mind and soul , ready to face the week ahead ! That in itself is ....... " magic !!! "

  7 stars actually! The best Yoga classes in town!!! Keith is the best yoga teacher I have ever had! Truly recommend to everyone.
