  I started yoga with Carmel, thinking it was going to help me stay fit during my pregnancy. What i got was a whole lot more. Carmel has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to yoga, pregnancy and birthing. Using the skills Carmel taught me, I was able to have a completely natural birth and I'm lucky enough to be able to say that I enjoyed the experience of giving birth. Now, I continue to attend Carmel's classes with my little one. Carmel is teaching me how to restore my body, after the rigours of pregnancy, and I get to enjoy the company of other Mams and babies too.
