  Absolute joke of a company, almost impossible to contact, they ask you to communicate by email but don't reply and nobody ever answers the phone. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Steer clear you've been warned.

  Awful to deal with. They took over the contract of my current water cooler company without my knowledge and it's been dreadful ever since. They've sent bills for things that don't exist, chased us aggressively for money that we don't owe. They don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, and are very difficult to get hold of. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
