I had a few issues with my computer in relation to unwanted apps "appearing" on my computer and also I had problems with my printer which would not print for me. All very frustrating but I need not have worried. When I bought my computer from Patrick he set up an application which allows him to access my computer remotely - thereby eliminating the need for me to travel to his workplace.
