  I've mixed feeling. I get great service from the staff on the shop floor but when I go to the cash desk I find the service terrible, I never get a smile or eye contact, I have had an experience where the staff are talking amongst themselves while serving customers. Another time I was left waiting 15min at the cash desk on a quite evening just before closing, the security guard eventually had to go find me someone. There is just no customer focus. I love their selection of clothing and gear. Their buyer has great taste. I think the stock control here is rubbish. I have ordered stuff from their Website a few times to be told that item wasn't available, and thats something that really annoys me. I find prices are market average for Ireland. All in all the terrible service is not enough to keep me away. I'll be back.

  Great shop if you're small, medium or 2XL otherwise don't bother. Don't expect a call if you order either as that doesn't happen

  I went to 53 Degrees North in Blanchardstown to look at hiking shoes for my trip on the Camino. Was helped and advised by a sales assistant called Shane. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Following his advice I purchased a pair of shoes. They were by far the best. walking each day was so comfortable - no blisters, no cramps, no trouble with arches. Thank you Shane. Will certainly return to 53 Degrees North!

  Great selection of outdoor clothing and accessories here. Can be quite expensive.

  I went to the store to buy a large travel bag for a two week holiday and Shane the sales assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect one for my size, made sure I would be able to carry the weight I needed and showed me every feature of the bag and gave me advise for it when I travelled. As he did not have a second bag in the store for my sister he also went out of his way to order one in. The prices are great for the quality of the stock and the travel bags will do you for life! Thank you again for the discount and all your help Shane, great employee and good store!
