::I ordered a mini skip from this company on a thursday. I was informed that I could only have it till fri and it would be collected the next morn at 8am so it needed to be ready. With a push I got the workers to fill it and have it ready. Subsequently it was not collected the next day nor the day after so I rang the company on monday to be told it would be collected that day and that I was given misinformation. It is now a week and the skip is still outside my mothers house who is 82yrs old and is so stressed as it is obstructing the man next door from parking his car and it is also on a very narrow road so is a bit of an obstruction there. I have made numerous phonecalls to the company each time being told it would be collected that day and I was given misinformation the previous day. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company or use this company again. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced

::I booked a skip online, with a pick-up date of the 24th. I got an email confirming this. The skip wasn't picked up on the 24th, and when I contacted them I was told that it wouldn't get collected until the 27th. I was also told that all online orders aren't picked up until two days after the date given, in order to give you more time to fill it! I now have a skip in front of my house all weekend.

::The poorest experience i ever had. Skip still not collected after 10 days, calls made at least once every day, with no luck. Would not recommend to anyone.
