::Called in and arranged someone to measure. Received a quote and but needed some further clarification (one room wasn't included, and we wanted to see a sample they didn't have on the day). Emailed back. No response. Called Stephen. No response. Called the office. No response. They had the sale!!!! But instead they wasted a week of my time. Won't be in business for long at this rate. * (Update) I can't remove this review unfortunately, but ACME investigated, turns out there was a typo in my email address but they had replied to me. Honest but unfortunate mistake.
