  Avoid, avoid, avoid. I went into this shop to get a small blind taken up. A straight forward job which should take less than 30 mins. After several phone calls and a 7 and a half week wait the blind was still not ready. I eventually ran out of patience and took the blind back. l'll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest others do the same. Terrible service!

  was to come out to measure blinds before xmas didn"t come visited again saturday 6th january was to come out monday 8th no show again most certainty not professional.delighted now i did not deal with them

  VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE. Picked out and ordered chosen blinds left deposit and was messed around by Colin rang twice to say he was coming to measure and was a no show.. Eventually went back to shop and got my money back!! Wouldn't waste time with this unprofessional lot.. COLIN needs a class or two in customer service.. So much for shopping local!!

  Very poor service! Due to visit home to measure for blinds between 10 and 12. When he didn't turn up I phoned shop. Lady said she'd.check with him and ring back. No return call. Phoned again in afternoon lady asked' oh did he not ring you '. At this point I decided not a good idea to order from this company. So much for shop local. Very disappointed 😢
