::Totally unprofessional. I went in there to open a bank account with two house bills plus passport. I was told by a customer advisor called Jinto that my documentation wasn't sufficient to do so. I questioned him about it, he got agitated, and he literally turned his back on me and avoided talking to me. I obviously got annoyed by the sheer unprofessionalism of this guy. He then turned around and told me I was 'embarrassing myself' when asking to talk to someone else as my experience with him was rude to say the least! I managed to talk to someone else, a helpful young guy, who had to talk to his manager to finally tell me the documents I had with me were in fact, surprise surprise, sufficient to open a bank account! This customer service experience was by far the worse I've come across in my lifetime.

::I liked this because it have around 4 ATM and lodging machines and 4-5 internet banking kiosks, plus 3 phone banking kiosks. Open until 20:00.

::Fast and efficient branch in city centre. Really good attention from most of the staff, but huge distinction for David O'Byrne. Not just offers a great customer service but he has lot of knowledge to assess you in the best way. 5 stars for him!

::Almost completely self service branch so lines to cash desks are usually very long. Open 24/7 self service lobby

::Bank with safe service centre where you can safely lodge cash and/or cheques. Customer service desk and ordinary bank facilities also. The staff here are very helpful as I discovered recently and assisted me in dealing with another section of AIB through the phone banking service. Great facility.
