::Cancelling a savings account opened with my girlfriend to store all my company shares because the staff is ridiculous useless. More specifically Miss Helen. My God they didn't provide any transparency of the product we got and the staff make things even more complicated as possible hiding from us in order to avoid to change an option to allow us to withdraw money from the account
