  Very good ambience . one atm machine inside and one outside (24 hours). Plenty of parking spaces. Cash and cheque lodgement machines separately. Few telephone customer service booths

  Went to this bank to find out about setting up accounts for workers that will be in the country try for 2years. First I waited for 15minutes for someone to come to the info desk, then she spent 5 minutes talking to a friend who popped by and then I waited for another 25mins while she dealt with 1 customer. By now another customer had joined the queue and this lady was on the phone to find out what she needed to do. All this while others swanned around the bank doing nothing! Customer service at it's worst. Lost my business for sure.
