  Brillant service, 45mins to the Airport from Tallaght for €10.

  Made us pay more than its regular price . If that wasn't enough the temperature in the bus was around 30 Celsius and outside was below 10 and the bus driver didn't wan't to lower the temperature even though several people asked him to.

  We booked 2 seats for the 5:00 hopper from Maynooth for the 4th of January (supposed to be 5:25 in Lucan). We were at the stop at 5:15. At 5.30, still waiting, we called the number which is given on the ticket. No answer; no mailbox; no call back. A guy from the council roadworks on his way to work told us the hopper had passed him at the bus stop at 5:10; that's15 minutes early. Since then, I've called and sent mail asking for a refund. No answer; no mailbox; no call back, no mail. To sum it up: Good at taking your money; bad at rectifying mistakes.

  The only reason why I’m not giving one star is because the drivers working for air hopper are wonderful and an absolute pleasure, but the positive things I think about airhopper stop there. These guys decided to have no services for the week of Christmas and as they have a monopoly over transportation from maynooth to the airport, it has put people in a difficult and expensive position. The bus is almost never on time (and good luck trying to phone and see what the story is). You cannot plan your trip to the airport properly. There is definitely an opening in maynooth for a better air link service.
