  Terrible experience. I brought in my phone because the battery wasn't working properly. I left it with them for a half an hour or so and then they told me it had a virus and I couldn't even turn on my phone. I told them that my phone was in way worse condition than when I gave it to them but they just laughed in my face. Afterwards I went to another repair shop and I was told it's the battery and they replaced it and now my phone works perfectly. So it's very clear that Alex repair shop just wanted to make more money by telling me it had a virus even though it didn't. Awful experience and horrible staff.

  I went in with my phone working perfect just a crack on the screen, he replaced the screen and then the phone started freezing and stoped working. I was then told i have to buy a new phone which i did and that phone started to freeze. My broken phone was never returned either. Went back in to him and he said he would give me a new phone still waiting 7 weeks later. The man is a fool,he pushed me off week in week out. He keeps going back on his word. STAY AWAY very bad service. Selling poor quailty parts.
