  I just finished a week of work experience with Ali and I learned so much! I was so surprised to see how much work and time went into making every cake. All of the work is worth it though because all of her cakes are beautiful and taste amazing!

  Ali was a pleasure to deal with! I called from New York to see if she could deliver a cake and some macaroons for my godson's christening at short notice. She sent me an email at 1am her time with a photo of the finished cake and delivered it the next morning. A total star.
