::Great Service. We had a problem with out heating. It was causing the electricity to trip out every time we turned it on. Rang Alliance I asked for an electrician to start, they said they would have one out between 9:00 and 11:00 on the next day. The engineer arrived at 9:30, he quickly ruled out any electrical problems so with a call to one of their plumbers he traced it back to the pump on the burner. On confirmation from us and total price agreed he booked one of their plumbers, who came that day! 2:00 to be precise with new pump in tow. He was done by 3:00 and our heating is back as it should. I would recommend Alliance Property Maintenance to anyone.
