  Tried to give this company business but they did not call out to the property when asked, did not reply to my email and did not call back when promised. Gave inappropriate advice over the phone. Extremely frustrating experience in terms of communication and customer service. I cannot comment on actual work. Luckily found a more professional company who were able to call out and provide a comprehensive report with practical solutions within 24 hours.

  if you are looking for a company for all you damp, wood worm or dry rot needs in Dublin then I would highly suggest this company, very reliable and friendly.
