  Held our wedding here while most of the staff are fantastic there are a few that will give the hotel a bad name. While we were getting married and celebrating someone stole money from my purse and cards containing money from our room. Guests bags were moved to different rooms without them knowing. At no point were did we give permission for staff to touch out stuff we thought are bags would be safe locked in the rooms boy we got that wrong

  Excellent food. Popular hotel with families due to pool. Ate in the small intimate restaurant. Excellent. Few restaurants to choose from.

  Stayed here for 3 nights all staff helpful and friendly I had 3 treatments in the Cocoon spa beautiful. Food in restaurant quiet expense , but bar food and staff lovely. Bedrooms Large amd spacious . Really enjoyed our stay. Literally 10 minute walk into Gorey town.

  Having recently stayed at the Amber Springs hotel for the first time,myself and my wife were very impressed with the service we received from the staff from checking in to the time we checked out. The staff were very pleasant,helpful and professional . The hotel itself is excellent and very family friendly with plenty of activities for children,the room we stayed in was one of the executive suites,it was spacious,comfortable and the bed was also very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was although a bit small for the amount of people eating there,also excellent,the food was beautiful,and I don't say that about any restaurant. Overall the Amber Springs hotel is well worth a visit either with or without children,I would and have recommended this hotel to friends and family since our visit. I will definitely be returning.

  Went to Amber Springs for the Santa Train and was not disappointed. The elves are always smiling and skipping, playing with every child. The village is great with everything from Karaoke to hot chocolate. Was quite blown away by the effort and detail. Looking forward to bringing the family back to the hotel.
