  The hostess is very hospitable person and helpful. As soon as we arrived she gave us information about places to visit and eat as well as buses to move around. You feel like you are at home. Our room was nice and clean. Cosy B&B, nice breakfast. Thank you Ann!

  Nice place, nice rooms, close to the airport and close to the City Center. Ann also has really really good recomendations where to go.

  Very good location (15 min to the center) The rooms are clean, warm, cozy and spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and freshly prepared. The best thing about Applewood is Ann, the good soul of the house, very helpful, friendly and loving. She always has a good advice for a tour / sightseeing, the best bus connection or a good place to eat. A great place for a Dublin holiday

  The host, Ann is very polite, helpful and welcoming. The room was fantastic. I was well looked after. Spoilt almost. Will definitely be back again.
