::ordered mother's day flowers from them. I rang through to help them avoid any charges through interflora. They told me they would have to charge 10 euro extra for delivery. I re queried as the web site price included delivery. They said they would remove the charge. They instead reduced by only 2 euro. I have yet to receive full refund. I would avoid them due to inethical practice

::We used Interflora to order a bouquet of congratulations balloons and a bouquet of flowers to celebrate one of the team's promotion. What we received looked like it had grown wild out of the side of a wall, long since forgot. On complaining everyone told me they understood. I sent photos of the starved and sparse looking thing and it was agreed thata new one should be sent out by close of business. This did not occur. On complaining that this did not occur It was promised that it would be sent out by open of business the next morning. They did not call me back to confirm and we did not receive anything the next morning. ON calling to complain I was ssured I would be called back in a few seconds as it was now 9.20 and the reissue was required by 10am. They did not call back and we received no bouquet. ON complaining at 10.20 I was told that a bouquet was being sent out but would not reach us until 12 as DRIVERS DON"T START UNTIL 10AM!!! When I was finally patched through to Magda (who I presumed to be complaints) she shouted at me that I was wrong and they had done no wrong as the order came through interflora...even though I had been given the run around by them for two days now! I won't be using either service again as neither took any responsibility whatsoever and the crux of it is we are left with what would be insulting to leave on a grave sitting on my colleagues desk!
