::This is the type of place that is the polar opposite to the anonymous hotel experience. The welcome is warm and genuine, you literally feel more like you are visiting friends in the country rather than be paying guests. The facilities can only be termed as first class and extremely roomy. While obviously as a B&B there are only a few guests at a time, It actually feels roomier than some hotels this reviewer has stayed in. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for my hosts, from an arrival long after midnight to an unanticipated late change in travel plans - all taken with good grace and humor. Breakfast in the Ardrinane was excellent with similar choice as in any hotel I have stayed in. Room was well appointed with ensuite with a bed as wide as Dingle bay. Finally the location couldn't be better midway as it is between dingle, Killarney and Tralee and adjacent to the famed Inch Strand and for the car explorer, Convenient to Slea Head, ring of Kerry and Conor Pass drives. This is not to minimise the subtle attractions of Annascaul itself, the birthplace of Tom Crean the antartic explorer. You can leave the car in the Ardrinane's spacious car park and trek to the south pole bar which is packed with Tom Crean memorabilia. A very short trek mind you - its only across the road! I recommend this B&B whole heartedly
