  Ordered and collected, paid at machine, literally in and out in 3 minutes, very fast, efficient, helpful and polite staff - an excellent argos experience ******

  I'm just writing with regards to waiting time at jewellery desk. There's a button there they say to press an a staff member will be with you shortly. I pressed it once in the first 5 minutes, no show, then I had pressed it another 2 times after 10 mins an after 15 mins another 1 time. Nobody else waiting only me an my baby who had started to get a bit restless so I decided to phone Argos themselves to get some service-imagine that. The woman on the phone wasn't apologetic at all an actually sounded a bit cheeky an course then someone appears to help me. So over 15 mins waiting with no one answering the bell

  Very helpful staff! Ordered online got the text forgot my phone. Staff kindly found my order- no mean feat lol
