  The BEST thing I have ever done for my body! I love how Laura teaches in that she explains what, why and how the poses help us. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable (she's been in the game for 30 years!), and makes it easy to follow along. I'm signing up for life!

  Amazing new venue, love the view!! It was as good as in the pictures. Teacher was great, the class was relaxing.

  Wonderful relaxing experience. Yoga was at a pace that suited me. Studio is in a lovely setting. Would recommend.
