  This hotel was surprisingly good. The staff was so helpful. They considered that we where traveling with kids and place us on 2nd floor away from the pub. I was so relief to hear that. We did the check in at 12am, we took a late flight and stay only for the night. The room was very very spacious and look clean. For my quick experience all I have is pros.

  All staff were so friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and quiet, breakfast is excellent

  Clean, great value and very accommodating staff, held our luggage for a few days on a short trip to Wales, what else do you want.

  Lovely room. Very friendly staff in bar and restaurant can't say enough how nice they were. 3 star is because it is not a place for families. Bar entertainment until 2.30am with crowds outside until 4am. Kids awake all night. Won't be back
