  Shouldn't tell people to pick up parcels at a certain time, if they aren't back in the centre ! Ridiculous!

  I have a battery that's arrived from Sweden. It has been sitting with customs for 4 working days in Athlone Mail Centre. They have no contact number and no way of telling why they are holding my battery in customs when it was shipped from the EU. I phoned AnPost head office, they cannot contact Athlone to see what's happening they only have contact details for Port Laois and Dublin. Really poor service.
