  Love leaking with Audi. Their customer service is very professional. And always inviting. My car was off the road and in with audi for a week. All repairs were carried out and a valet given too

  Outstanding showroom and service from staff, very welcoming receptionist, tea/coffee offered each time. Przemek was a gent to deal with for my new A3, clear instructions how all worked and set phone up in car before I left, Hazel was also so helpful too, very happy and will return again for sure.   Lost the key to the my theft tire bolts so pop into Audi Center this morning. Got the set from the guy at 60 euro and it concludes just the key and 1 bolt. And the moment I got it, it's already been opened. I was told by the local mechanics it shouldn't be that expensive. Did a bit search at Audi shop online, the price is shown as 52 and should conclude four bolts as well. It's not big money but I feel ripped off. Could you explain

  5 Star Service today from Audi Service Bracken Road, left my Audi in for a ‘long service’, professional Audi Service team ready and waiting for all customers at 8am sharp, got a nice cup of coffee, had a lift arranged to drop myself and two other customers to work in a very comfortable A6 Quattro, contacted during the day to provide update on the work, car dropped off all washed and vacuumed, nice touch! Special thanks to Grace for all your help! Best of luck with the new premises which I understand is due to open shortly.
