  I got my car serviced recently and could not speak more highly of everyone in the dealership. The whole process was quick and i had my car back that afternoon. V impressed with the 12 month road assistance that comes with the service. Felt very informed and will be returning again next year. Special thank you to Philomena looking after me

  I was in a few months ago and Colm I think in the service department was dealing with me, I got great information off a girl called Phil also,I came out of there very happy with the information I got, will def be back with in the next month or two ,

  I visited Audi Limerick recently with a few queries about my car and I have to say phil & jeremy in service were very helpful. I would easily recommend them

  I recently visited Audi Limerick as I needed to top up on my Ad Blu. From start to finish, I have to say, it was an excellent experience. The lady in service (Philomena I think) was extremely polite and accommodating. She asked for my keys, asked me to take and seat and looked after everything for me. While waiting I was offered a cup of tea which was a nice touch. The same lady obviously saw I took an interest in their customised Audi roof rack which was on display, and after seeing me go back to it for the 3rd time, she asked if I had any questions on it. After a brief chat, I explained that I really just needed it for family holidays etc and she advised that they actually rent them out for events like this. After a wait of 10 enjoyable minutes, my car was brought to the front door (as it was raining), and I was on my merry way. I will be back in the summer to rent my roof rack too. Great experience in Audi Limerick ,highly recommend them for all your Audi needs!

  I booked my partners Audi A3 in for a service last year to Audi limerick, whilst servicing the vehicle we were informed that the vehicle had an ignition fault. The service advisor informed us it would need to be booked in for repair when it would be suitable for us. My partner booked the car in for a service and the ignition fault to be repaired and as I had a appointment in limerick we decided to kill two birds. I was told that I would receive a courtesy car on arrival. When I arrived at the garage after travelling from Kerry, I was told that I would have to wait until 9 am for the courtesy car. As my appointment was for 8.30 I asked to be dropped off at my appointment. The service personnel duly obliged, three hours later I received a call from the service department informing me that the ignition part would have to be ordered and could we bring the car back tomorrow also the service had not been completed yet. I informed the person that I was not happy that the car was not fixed and I would like it rectified due to the car not starting first time anymore. I asked if I could leave the car to be repaired and take the courtesy car returning once our car was ready. This was declined I was told that there was no car available now. I asked why the part was not pre ordered I was told that they must have been very busy that day and the person who had taken the booking didn't normally work in the service department. All in all I had to get a bus back to Kerry and get a lift the following day to collect my car. When collecting the car the member of staff with whom we had been talking to on the phone didn't acknowledged the issue or make any attempt to deal with my dissatisfaction.In fact she blanked us and left her colleague hand the car back to us. I will not use this dealership in future as the service department have no customer skills I would expect more from a main dealer.
