  Decent membership fees. Good equipment and rarely very busy or full. Nice clean pool and shower facilities.

  I have been going to Avena leisure for the past two years consistently. With the plans in place and a helpful atmosphere i have lost about 45 pounds in weight \ fat!! I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly and easy to ask questions of. There are all body types there from beginners to seasoned athletes. There is plenty of equipment. With any gym there are times when there is a shortage but everyone does work together in the busier times by sharing space and machines. Keep up the good work.
