::Never wrote a review on google before but AXA Mary street is the worst experience I’ve had many times who won’t even quote us or even consider listening or helping out even though we spent several 1000’s of euros using them without any major claims, and there is no sense of customer loyalty and customer service, on the phone axa are good but when they tell you to go into AXA for me it’s like hell especially one certain lady she is terrible at any help.. which I see from other reviews it most be her because she is always there.. if I could give Axa Mary street 0 star I would... hate going in and decided never to insure with them again in the future.. I would advise people & business people alike avoid AXA and consider a broker instead..

::This places does not even deserve one star but otherwise I cannot post the review. The lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and gave me outlandish quote. An hour later I had insurance for half that price from another company. No wonder the place was essentially empty, it did feel like they don't want to actually sell insurance. This is the first time I ever feel the need to comment on my customer experience.

::Though phone staff are pleasant its in the detail of the renewal quote charges that where included in the fully com several years ago are now an extra funding stream such as legal fees 15.00€ injury to driver cover €30. €30.72 for comprehensive D.O.C what this means I looking into at present though I've not made a claim insurance costs extremely high gone up by €150 since last year with out the add ons listed which should be included in fully comprehensive insurance. It appears no matter how long you are with a company this is not taken into account only the amount of no claims. There should be a discount for length of time a customer stays loyal to your company AXA
