  Just spoke with Ciara who fixed a mess up that I had created two policies, sorted it all out on the phone while I was on lunch, wasn't stressful at all and super concise with the information and all the changes, very happy customer, thanks Ciara :) cheapest two years running now and got my mum to switch to AXA also :)

  Long wait through no fault of the staff, the so called 24 7 365 on the fone is false advertising as after a certain time on the weekends you can only fone for breakdown assisstance.

  Worst insurance company ever, they dont insure you because you are old(30) and you have experience.

  Good Store good location parking can be hard to get and can be busy inside store.
