::Bought my first lillebaby carrier from them and have used it nonstop since, my life would be lost without my carrier. Staff were very friendly and have full demonstration on how to use it and made sure I was confident using it before leaving. Fab store, would highly recommend, inface I have recommended to many friends already!

::Terrible customer service. They break EU cosumer rights. Refuse to answer emails or phone calls. In this day and age holy think they would care about their customers but they don't. I placed an item on deposit for Christmas they sold the item and couldn't complete my order after me having paid 120€ off it. They only refunded 85€ saying i had too spend the remainder of my deposit in their shop as i had used their deposit option. Even thou it was them who could not complete my order after i had been paying it off. I work in retail where we take deposits daily and we would never take that customers item unless we could guarantee that we would have it when the customer came in to pay it off. Even if we couldn't we would not dream about selling it without contacting the customer first too ask them if they still wanted to go ahead with their purchase.

::I think this will get reported or deleted as quick as it takes me to write this post. A few months ago myself and a couple of ladies placed orders for arks amounting to over £500 each. These arrived broken, babame have ignored repeated requests in conversation with them via email, phone and also direct message. Even when I did get through I got a really snotty responded and removed from the business page and posted about as being abusive. I cannot afford to replace the ark and they refuse to refund and also communicate with us. I have contacted watchdog and trading standards and i can certainly say I will never shop at this store again and would not recommend. Most of these good reviews are done by bribes of. *giveaways for good reviews left*
