  I've done 2 of the CERT courses so far and a Sourdough Bread course. I learn so much here even when baking cakes/breads I'm familiar with. Derek and his teachers are a wealth of information, friendly, professional and fun. It's a great atmosphere to be in. The baked goods are varied and turn out perfectly. The school really is the best option for those who want to learn how to bake better.

  Great atmosphere. Brilliant trainer. Lovely cakes to bring home. Will definitely be back

  One of the best breakfast experiences in the area. The menu is extensive enough without being overwhelming. The food is very flavorful and cooked well. I had the vegetarian breakfast and my wife had the corn fritters. Will be coming back
