::Customer service is really bad not helpful at all my money got stuck in lodgement machine so I called one of the staff member for help she took details and said money will be in account in 20 min but it didn't so I went back to bank after hour as I have dd today I doesn't want to miss can u manually lodge now they refuse said I need to give another 20 min but money was never credited by the end of the day and I missed my direct debit and also bank charge me for missing that dd

::Took them forever to open an account. I wanted to join my wife‘s account and they said they can’t do that even with a permission from the account holder, so we had to open a new account together. It created countless problems for us because we had to update our bank details everywhere (Cable/internet, gas, electricity suppliers etc...)
