::Staff are rude. Its there policy to ask your nature of business in front of other customers. Its embarrassing.

::You can get an appointment very quick. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the bank changed the layout the service is a bit quicker and you have always someone who can help you when you are unsure about something. Note that there is a free customer car park in the back but you need the access code from the staff.

::Bank of Ireland, and particularly in this branch, hate customers. Customers are a massive inconvenience to the staff here. They make it a frustrating and sobering experience just to get the help that you need. Once you eventually get someone's attention, after standing around the middle of the floor like an absolute idiot, you're met with incompetence and contempt. Hey BOI, here's a thought... We know how to use ATMs and NONE of your "customers" want to be in there so why not acknowledge that and streamline your "customer service". No queuing system and no structure isn't forcing us to use the machines, it's just annoying the hell out of us. Business managers also couldn't give a damn. I often wonder what exactly their job is. You're only open 6 hours a day, can you not put in a little bit of effort?
