  Had a bit tore off a 5 euro note and went to this bank today .they would not exchange the note .shocking customer service .went to the aib just down the road and they exchanged it straight away .

  Would love as a student that lives near the bank to be able to use the atm instead I get no cash transactions such as shame I finish every day at 4.15 except for monday its 5pm. I love BOI but now have AIB they are more student friendly

  Not a fan of these machines and computers, you can't deal with a real person anymore if you have a problem which is no good for people of my generation I'm not computer literate. They be no need for people at all if this continues we be all out of a job replaced with a computer
