::Pretty slow service. Frustrating at times. Seems the only person working is the cashier. All other staff lounging around at their desks while the queue is out the door. Newsflash, We don't want to be there any more than you do. Except we're paying for the frustrating privilege, not GETTING paid for it. Closing my account because of such poor service. Customers are a hassle to them so I guess it's no big deal.

::It depends on who you get in the bank itself, but the two employees I had to deal with today were patronising, arrogant and rude, which I suppose reinforces the banker stereotype. Other times I've dealt with actual human beings who are genuine. The primary issue with this bank is that they automate everything so that they don't have to pay as many cashiers/help staff. This is of course anti-consumer in that it's at the consumer's expense. I wouldn't expect this attitude on the part of the management to change any time soon; given the multitude of negative reviews they're too arrogant and stuck up their own proverbial gluteus maximus to care.

::Terrible to see the cost cutting lack of concern on providing good customer service with no tellers working there yet they have paid a few people to walk the floors all day telling you that you need to go to Swords to get cashier services!!
