::Called the branch number - went through approx 4-5 sets of call prompts - then spoke to someone in Dublin rather than the branch who transferred me to the branch & got their voicemail. Was calling from the US - very poor experience. Surely it can be a little simpler?

::Poor customer service. The staff are hidden behind frosted glass. When I went up to teller instead of machine I got my head bitten off just for asking to lodge something.

::Went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited in line at the window, only to be told that I should wait in the lobby for someone to come and help me. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes or more before anyone came to help. Then was just ushered into a corner where there was a computer that I could use to experience the exact same problem that I was experiencing on my home computer -- the reason I came into the bank in the first place. Waited on hold on the phone for 30 mins or so, then was told I should go into a branch. I told them I was calling from a branch and then they told me that their systems were down and that I should try again in 15 mins. That was over a week ago. All I want to do is be able to withdraw money from my account. Once I finally sort out how to do so, I'll be withdrawing all of my money from the account and taking my business elsewhere.

::Staff are disinterested and lack even basic knowledge of UL club banking matters. Setting up online banking takes months. Dealing with this bank is frustrating to say the least.
