::If you ever get the chance to climb the peak at Barnaslingan then you will never regret it. I have climbed, Bray head, the Little and the Big Sugarloaf mountains and there views have nothing on the view from the top of Barnaslingan because its quite simply magnificent. Your 360% view takes in the Dublin and Wicklow mountains, Bray head, the big and Little Sugarloaf, Killiney, Dalkey Island, Dunloaghaire harbor, Sandymount, Dublin Bay, Howth and as far as the eye can see. There are great walks surround the peak and right across the road is the scalp mountain. So you can conquer two mountains in the one walk. The last day I climbed it the weather was terrific and its a must see if you like your days out in the open air, the country side, the views and you are only ten minutes away from any place of your choice to get some food and refreshments. This is a five star day out. And the climb is for any ability, man or woman, adult of child. Quite simply its a cracker.
