  As a potential buyer, I was called back many times by Baxter real estate. So much that you would say he is selling his own house.Price went up as it is a bidding war,as it is in Ireland, and we could not afford aford it. But,the guy did his job ,compared with other agents who never got back to us. We had a couple of viewings,he was there on time.

  I purchased a property with Baxter, it was a pleasure to deal with the Sales Agent that was responding promptly to my queries even after business hours. He was also flexible organizing the property view. High recommended!
