  During 'rush hour' it can be a lengthy wait in line to get served - suppose that's a bit of a recommendation! Tables could be cleaned a bit quicker, choice of edibles is only alright but choice of beverages is good.

  love their sticky toffee muffin and hot chocolate service was great and food was lovely as always recommend friends and family to take a visit

  Ordered three drinks, a muffin and a panini, first of all while ordering a sign fell off the counter and nearly struck our heads, the server just turned and walked away, second of all it was hard to order because the staff member was disorganized and impolite, before paying I was already displeased, then they messed up someone else's order and didn't even apologize to the customer, after waiting 5 minutes for our drinks one staff member looked at us and said she's fairly slow isn't she?? And once our drinks were finally on the way they decided to chat while holding it in their hands! Food tasted alright except for the "white chocolate and vanilla frappe" which tastes like iced milk.. will never eat here again because of this service

  Waited 20 mins in a not very long queue. Trays were discoloured and looked filthy. Staff appeared disorganised and disinterested. Very poor. Muffins were reasonable.

  It was pretty good the seating was quite comfy the muffins were good I had the sticky toffee muffin that was nice definitely come here
