  Worst service around. Average wait 15 mins even when only 2 or 3 people queuing.

  This is amazing, the coffee is gorgeous, and the staff are so friendly, I will be back!

  3 of us Left standing at counter today for several minutes. No one else there. Ignored while one girl was busy making coffee (not her fault) while the other girl pretended to fix and arrange sandwiches under the counter so that she didn't have to serve us. We left and went to another place to get our sandwiches where we were served promptly, or at least in turn. Disgraceful and rude. Never had this experience at any other BBS branch.
