  Food and cakes are amazing however I find myself avoiding this place as the queueing system is such a disaster. Feel very sorry for staff having to manage the chaos at busy times. Disaster!

  I can't fault the wonderful staff, who made my visit [with my 4 children] to this delightful establishment, all the more manageable than it would otherwise have been. Thank you.
