  great spot for work-out. pool usualy free and 2 steam room with 2 jakuzees do the job.avoid rush hours thou

  Say it what you want, but I just love this gym! It has big spacious changing rooms and showers are always free! It is always spotless and well maintained comparing to other gyms in Blanch that are just filthy! It is busy at peak times but I either avoid them or just work around using free weights, etc People are nice, sharing equipment with you! It is good value for money, parking is convenient!

  Extremely value for money. Jacuzzi and swimming pool is a big plus. Can be very crowded during the peak hour. E.g. Evenings. Free classes and nothing to complain.

  It's quite a nice place to do your work out .the fact that the place is always busy shows it's value for money.For those that complain of too much crowd , i suggest you do your gym at home. This guys just loiter around,shying to participate and complaint of queuing for turns on gym fascilities. I suggest you try out other equipment that are begging for usage but never used. My only concern is the shower not always hot but overall it's lovely.

  Multiple workout areas, great equipment. As of 31st October they will have had a revamp, so very excited to see what they've done to the place!
