  Very disappointed with the level of service from this company. Our business had been customers of Berendsen (formally Spring Grove) for many years. We availed of their weekly launder mat service. The service was rarely kept to a weekly collection and drop off of the mats. We were charged regardless of the fact that we were not receiving the service as described. After this routine became a habit I called the office to inform them that I would like to cease our agreement. They told me that regardless of my thoughts we were held within a contract and that even if I wanted to cancel the service I would have to continue for a further 3 months. I noticed that the company increased the monthly charge by a further 20euro when the next direct debit was taken from my account. I wouldn't advise anyone to start a contract with this company. I have recently started using 'Service Matters' and I am really satisfied with the level of customer service and we finally have a weekly service!!!
