  What is the most important thing when it comes to tech? For me its reliability. When it comes to Big Bear, you get insane reliability but also really nice people who are experts in their field AND really fair rates. For any of my tech issues/requirements I only go to Big Bear. Simple.

  I arrived in Dublin from USA on a Friday afternoon, to run a live audio event the following day, only to find the airline had lost my suitcase full of audio connectors and equipment. Big Bear Sound stepped up to the plate and had a guy soldering up custom cables last thing on a Friday to enable us to get our system up and running in time. Props to Big Bear, really saved the day! Wish I could leave six stars instead of five.
