::I have no problem with Joe, nice and friendly man. But one of his staff member is kinda rude. I would recommend to only talk to Joe

::Awesome guys. Very helpful.

::These guys are just doing the business with no pride. I wouldn't recommend this place for professionals. They still do the business in 90s style. No price tags no system and kind of rude. The owner has no clue how to do the business. Might be good for kids and commuter bikes, but again there are other nice shops worth trying

::Bike purchase went smoothly. They were busy. Got a flat a week later and they fixed it for free.

::The owner Joe, is a friendly guy, who knows his stuff and makes you feel like you have his full attention when he's selling. Strangely, he knows the price of every single bike in the shop (and there are lots of them) without ever having to look at a price list or price tag. And lots of transactions are done without reference to price lists or scans of barcodes etc - all of which makes me a little suspicious! I don't know if I was overcharged for anything - but my experience was bad in the sense that I was left waiting for a very long time. And he seems more interested in ensuring that no one gets out the door without him selling them something, and there seems to be no interest in delivering customer service. Seems to be all about getting the sale, minimising his costs (premises and staff) and at the expense of customer service.
