::I am a leisure cyclist and recently had a bike fitting with James. I have a "bad-back"/spinal health issue and have problems finding a comfortable position when cycling. James has a state of the art facility, and spent two hours working with me to determine what improvements in my riding position and cycling style are required.Computerised analysis and video are used.He gave me exercises to do, and advice on upgrading my bike. I highly recommend an appointment with James, for anyone seriously interested in cycling. He can help identify the causes of cycling related injury &/or prevent such injury from occurring. I should have visited Bikefit sooner.He also has an impressive spinning and TRX fitness studio.Thanks for your help James
