  I bought a BMW from Bill Griffin and dealt with Ritchie. Ritchie was so friendly and very informative from start to finish. Indeed all the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great customer experience from start to finish. The after sales service was also very impressive with Ritchie passing me on to the Service Manager Alan who was also an absolute gentleman. He was extremely professional and courteous and I couldn't ask for better customer service anywhere. Based on the experience I had, I can definitely recommend Bill Griffin Motors to anyone and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Thanks and keep up the good work!

  Originally bought my Passat here in 2015 and it was a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful,I've dealt with Paul and Dave who both are very easy to get a deal done with. I bought a Golf off them last year for my wife and I'm also very happy with it. Overall I recommend them to everyone and I will continue to do business with Bill Griffin Motors in the future.

  5 star service with the team at Bill Griffin! I have to recommend Michael, he was so helpful and made the purchase a breeze. the car I purchased was by far the most competitive price I had found anywhere in Ireland, the car is such hi spec too. Would return again to buy my next car.

  Recently, I bought a 2013 Seat Ibiza from Bill Griffin Motors. It is a very fast moving car sales garage, so be prepared to act quickly if you like a car. There was a small oversight regarding my tyres, however after speaking with the garage it was dealt with quickly. There is great value at this garage, and finance options for cars are very manageable. I dealt with Richie who was happy to help rectify the issue. Be very thorough in your checking over of any cars you are interested in and listening for noises. A second issue arose with my car that really should have been picked up on in the service prior to my collection of the car...

  Good experience overall. Shane was straight to the point, no unnecessary sales pitch and gave you the clear facts allowing us to make a quick decision. The sales room is manic but that's the business model - quick turn around. Good cars sell themselves in no time. Shane went the extra mile and even called in 3rd party company to try remove some minor dents in our car (which they couldn't) but he tried for us anyway which has to be commended. The rest of the lads in there were great to deal with, they even let my daughter work away on the cans of coke and biscuits.
