  Extremely efficient, fast service even when queue is long, nice and helpful staff that always did their best to help. Thursdays are very busy

  The older female employees in this place have no problem letting their friends skip queues of 20 people and then stand there chit chatting for 15 minutes whilst ignoring the large queue of people. Also, there is a young morbidly obese female employee with dark hair and glasses who is incredibly rude and stuck up, avoid her at all costs. She should be sacked, horrible attitude.

  As it is located beside the shopping centre there is usually big queue but it is managed well by the staff. There is usually 2-3 staff at the till. People I talked with at the desk are smart and understand and serves quickly. I used this office to exchange currently and to buy the currency card. Exchange rate is not the best but they don't charge you for the operation so I consider this included into the exchange rate. You can see also the new post box you can buy online just to have an idea of the item.
