  Blue Dragon Iron Fitness Specialist in fitness classes for women and men as well as martial arts like BJJ and Kick Boxing from very young ages up. Excellent fully trained staff. Friendly atmosphere. Parking. Open late.

  Commencing Iron Fist Kung Fu 2 years ago at 36yrs and 10 months old has changed my life! I love every class, I am more confident, I am fitter and healthier physically and mentally than I was 18 years ago. Sifu Keith has 36yrs of training and knowledge behind him and has more knowledge in the back of his mind than I will ever fit into mine. an example of following Sifu's guidance - specifically in iron fist, we have the best hand conditioning there is and after only 2 years, I am handstanding on my fingers, breaking cement blocks, breaking granite rocks! I have met really fantastic nutters (I mean lovely people) � I look forward to all my years ahead at Blue Dragon!

  Couldn't recommend this place enough. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I've been to a number of fitness centers and gyms over the years and I have to say the results of the members speak for themselves. Three of the most fantastic trainers put you through your paces throughout the classes provided. Be it martial arts your after or a fun way to get fit in the fantastic HIIT classes your sure to find what your looking for in this place.

  I have trained here for more than 2 years, I have received incredible support from people at the Blue Dragon. Numerous times they have gone out of their way to help me not only in terms of fitness but also personal development. It might lack a modern design but in terms of people and atmosphere combined with respectable owner I would always recommend Blue Dragon for anything that is fitness or martial arts related.
